These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.acryldrift.com and purchases from AcrylDrift LLC (“AcrylDrift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the website to violate a law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or place fraudulent orders.

Product information

We work to display product descriptions, images, colors, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and production variations can affect how a color appears. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, fulfillment restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change before an order is submitted. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are displayed or calculated separately when available.

Payments are processed by the payment options presented at checkout. AcrylDrift does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through the account. Contact us promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without permission.

The website and its original branding, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to AcrylDrift and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and AcrylDrift agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. An unresolved dispute may be brought in a state or federal court in North Carolina that has proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
