WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Delivery times are approximations and are expressed in business days. They are provided for estimation purposes only. Once an item has been shipped, the average delivery times can vary between 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders, depending on the destination country. Please note that during sale periods, it is advisable to allow for additional time to receive your order.

MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WHERE IS IT?
For customers who have selected the option of tracking their package, we kindly request you to refer to the provided tracking number for real-time updates on its whereabouts. If you have chosen not to include tracking for your order, we appreciate your patience as we diligently work to ensure its timely delivery to you. Rest assured, your order is en route and will be reaching you soon.

As the buyer, please note that if any import duties are required to release or deliver your package, it is your responsibility to settle those duties. AcrylDrift does not assume any responsibility for payment of duties associated with packages. In the event that delivery is refused due to non-payment of import duties, please be aware that you will forfeit all rights to a refund for your item(s).

Once your order has been shipped, any delays or losses that occur during transit, as caused by the shipping company, are beyond our control and AcrylDrift cannot be held liable. It is the customer's responsibility to handle any claims pertaining to delayed or lost packages with the shipping company.
