Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AcrylDrift LLC (“AcrylDrift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit https://www.acryldrift.com, contact us, subscribe to marketing, create a customer account, or place an order.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, account login and profile information, product and order details, return and customer-support details, messages, photos submitted for an order issue, marketing preferences, and payment information required to complete a transaction.

Complete payment-card details are handled by the payment processor available at checkout. AcrylDrift does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Information collected automatically

The website and its service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages or products viewed, interactions with the website, shopping-cart activity, and cookie or similar identifiers.

How information is collected

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website, and from providers that support hosting, ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, email, analytics, customer support, and website security.

Squarespace hosts the website and provides ecommerce, checkout, customer-account, form, email, and analytics functions. Checkout may use the Google Places API to suggest addresses as you type.

Printful may produce, package, and ship merchandise ordered through the website. The order details shared for fulfillment can include your name, email address, phone number when provided, shipping address, billing details needed for the order, and purchased-product details.

How we use information

We use personal information to process, fulfill, ship, and support orders; administer accounts, returns, exchanges, refunds, and order issues; communicate about transactions and customer-service requests; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; send marketing when requested or permitted; maintain business, accounting, tax, and legal records; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information when reasonably necessary to providers supporting website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, production, order fulfillment, shipping, communications, analytics, security, and professional services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.

Cookies and similar technologies

Squarespace and other providers may use necessary cookies to support features such as the shopping cart, secure checkout, customer accounts, fraud prevention, and website preferences. Analytics or performance technologies may also be used to understand website use and improve performance.

You can manage cookies through available website controls and browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, or other website features from working correctly.

Email communications

If you subscribe to marketing, you may receive news, product, restock, or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order, account, return, or support request may still be sent when necessary.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including completing transactions, supporting customers, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by the type of information and why it was collected.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or opt out of certain uses.

To submit a request, email contact@acryldrift.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or other permitted purposes.

Children’s privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

International visitors

If you access the website outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your location.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations. The revised Policy takes effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date.
